Jonathan Smoller is a shareholder in the Litigation practice group at Clark & Trevithick. Jonathan is an experienced civil litigator with an emphasis on real estate, contract, aviation, and business litigation. Jon has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of disputes involving, among other things, commercial leases, residential purchase and sale agreements, title and real property, accounting, construction law, defamation, unfair competition, partnerships, and creditors’ rights in state and federal courts.
Jon currently sits on the Central City Police Booster’s Advisory Board. Jon is an active Rotarian and a two-time past president of the Downtown Los Angeles Rotary Club.
