Clark & Trevithick Obtains Victory for Clients Within 30 Days of Lawsuit Being Filed
LOS ANGELES – July 31, 2017 – In a closely watched case between the then Management of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a number of its prominent members, trustees, officers and a number of past presidents, Clark & Trevithick lawyer Joel Goldman represented the non-controlling members. He secured a preliminary injunction preventing the Management of the Association from attempting to overturn the results of a properly held election. Joel’s efforts protected the results of the election and led to a complete and successful resolution of the matter for the Firm’s clients within thirty (30) days of the filing of the lawsuit.”
